When you register for an evaluation, to shop on Concise IT's Support shop or on-line catalogue or ask for further information about Concise IT services, we ask for your name, e-mail address, postal address, and other relevant personal information. Personal information submitted in this way is held securely on a third party web server and is replicated on our own CRM database - held securely on Concise IT's network. This information will be updated if you inform us of any changes.
We may use information in our customer databases to send you information about us and our products which we think may be of interest to you, both electronically or otherwise. In the case of new potential clients and those requesting free evaluations, your personal information will also be used to enable us to verify your company records and credit worthiness prior to being granted a business user account.
When you sign up to receive Concise IT Limited information or newsletters we will ask you for your email address, your name and your company details. We may send, to the email address that you have given, other information about us and our products which we think may be of interest to you.
We request personal information (such as your name, e-mail address and other company contact details) from you when you contact us with sales enquiries, technical problems, to comment on Concise IT Limited, or when you ask for more information about our products and services. Personal information submitted by you via the enquiry forms will be added to our customer database and we request it simply so that we can respond to you about your query or request. Statistics regarding the types of queries submitted to us via the Support and feedback form may be collated by us in aggregate form so that we can effectively monitor the site and improve levels of support and service.
If you have registered for an evaluation, asked for information, or registered with the Concise IT website in the past and no longer use our services and do not wish us to store information about you, please contact us and we will remove your details from our customer database. We need to store information about current subscribers and users in order to deliver the requested service to you.
Unless you have informed us that you do not wish to receive further information about our products, we may send you direct mail, including e-mail. You will always be give the choice to unsubscribe from our e-mail distribution list via a link on the e-mail itself.
